Where We Ship

Maison Buluku ships to the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped from our supplier partners and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to carrier volume, customs (for Canadian orders), or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs

Maison Buluku offers free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase required.

Canadian Orders & Customs

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the Canadian Border Services Agency. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Maison Buluku has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipment notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at clientservices@maisonbuluku.com with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partners to locate your shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Buluku is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at clientservices@maisonbuluku.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
